Sheis a Métis/Michif woman from Treaty 4 Territory who shares her personal journey of reclaiming Indigenous identity, understanding intergenerational trauma, and reconnecting with culture after decades of disconnection. Drawing from lived experience, she facilitates honest conversations about Truth and Reconciliation, stereotypes, resilience, healing, and cultural pride.
